We provide virtual assistant services to businesses and individuals. These services may include, but are not limited to, administrative support, data entry, customer service, email management, and scheduling.

3. Eligibility

To use our website and services, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in the United Kingdom.

4. Account Registration 

​

To access certain features of the website or services, you may be required to register for an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activities under your account.

5. Payment Terms 

​

• Fees: The fees for our services will be outlined in the contract or invoice provided to you. All fees are quoted in GBP (£). 

• Payment Methods: We accept payments through bank transfer.

• Additional Hours: Additional hours are charged at the agreed hourly rate.

• Time is tracked and rounded up or down to the nearest 15 minutes.

• Late Payment: Late payments may be subject to additional charges, and access to services may be suspended or terminated until payment is received. 

• Clients on packages of 10 hours per week or more may roll over up to 3 unused hours to the following month. Rolled-over hours must be used within that next month and cannot be carried forward further.

We respect your privacy and are committed to keeping your personal and business information confidential. We will not disclose any confidential information without your prior written consent, except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property
