Additional Hours: Additional hours are charged at the agreed hourly rate.

Time is tracked and rounded up or down to the nearest 15 minutes.

Late Payment: Late payments may be subject to additional charges, and access to services may be suspended or terminated until payment is received.

Clients on packages of 10 hours per week or more may roll over up to 3 unused hours to the following month. Rolled-over hours must be used within that next month and cannot be carried forward further.
